In a medical world rife with inequity, unequal human life, and diseases, Famous and rich people are prioritized for treatment. Doctor Tenma one day decided to argue with his superiors and follow his conscience to save the life of an orphaned boy. Unexpectedly, this action accidentally released a dehumanized monster and caused many terrible consequences ten years later.
