After a prolonged absence, Hwaehwa returns, challenging Chunjae to a game of Baduk. Accompanied by Hanbal, once Chunjae's follower, she releases a myriad of demons upon the earth, declaring them as symbols of her Baduk stones. To gather his stones, Chunjae sets out to find Dong Bangsak and entrusts Hangah Dong Gun, one of Yae's followers, to watch over him on his journey to seal these demons.
